What the law requires of you
Law No. 04/L-161 applies to every employer in Kosovo, regardless of size.
- A risk assessment for every workplaceA written document with concrete measures (Articles 5 and 16).
- Training for every employeeBefore starting work, with new equipment and periodically (Article 20).
