Frequently asked questions
Who engages safety supervision: the investor or the contractor?
Either can. Investors usually want an independent view of safety on the project; contractors want support in meeting their own obligations. We define this clearly in the contract.
How often are you on site?
According to the phase and risk of the works. Frequency is agreed before the start and increases in critical phases, such as work at height or crane erection.
How are subcontractors handled?
Safety requirements apply to everyone on site. We communicate them clearly, verify implementation and report findings for each contractor.
Can you stop the works?
In case of immediate danger we recommend stopping the relevant work and notify the site manager and investor at once, following the agreed procedure.
