Who processes your data
The data controller is HSK L.L.C., Ulpiana C7/1, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo. For any privacy question, write to info@hsk-ks.com.
Contact form
When you send the form, what you enter (name, company, email, phone, service and message) is emailed to info@hsk-ks.com through the mail server of our hosting provider, Hostinger, and stored in our mailbox at Zoho Mail.
We use it only to reply to your request and prepare an offer, based on the consent you give in the form. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing, and keep it only as long as needed for our communication and legal obligations.
To prevent abuse, the server briefly keeps a one-way coded token (hash) of your IP address, which limits repeat submissions to one every 30 seconds. Your IP address cannot be recovered from it.
The form is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you start filling in the form, a Google script loads that assesses whether the submission comes from a person or an automated program; for this Google receives your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, and may set cookies. We use it only to block spam, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
With your consent we use two tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Without consent, neither is loaded and no statistics cookies are set.
Google Analytics measures, for example, which pages are read and on what kind of device. If you accept, the cookies _ga and _ga_RNGSX0SME3 are set and kept for up to 2 years.
Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with the pages (clicks, mouse movement, scrolling and the pages you view) to produce heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded. Microsoft receives your IP address, which it uses to estimate your approximate location, and details of your device and browser. If you accept, the cookies _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day) are set, and Microsoft may also set cookies on its own domains (such as CLID and MUID). Microsoft keeps recordings for up to 30 days, and a small share (ones we mark or that are randomly sampled) for up to 9 months. We do not use Clarity for advertising.
The data is processed by Google and Microsoft and may be transferred outside Kosovo, including to the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page; both tools then stop and this site’s statistics cookies are deleted.
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.
Map on the contact page
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When you open that page, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it records standard technical data (IP address, browser, requested page and time) for security and operation. Fonts, images and the site’s own scripts are served from our own server, and the site carries no advertising.
Your rights
Under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@hsk-ks.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP).
