Frequently asked questions
Which equipment needs to be inspected?
In principle, all work equipment that could endanger employees. Machinery with moving parts, lifting equipment and pressure equipment come first.
Do we have to stop production?
Visual checks are done while work continues. Functional tests require a short stop of the machine, which we plan with you.
Do you inspect new equipment?
Yes. Before it is put into use we check that it is installed and guarded properly and that employees have the necessary instructions.
What if the manufacturer’s documentation is missing?
We record it as a finding and assess the equipment on the basis of its condition, use and risks, with the corresponding measures.
